      The Immaculate Conception Church at Ottoville was the scene of a pretty wedding, Wednesday morning at 8:
30 o'clock, when Miss Mary Honingford, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Honingford, Sr., of northwest of Ottoville
became the bride of Frank Weber, of Ottoville. Rev. J. F. Arnoldi received the vows. The single-ring ceremony
was performed in the presence of a large number of relatives and friends.
      The bride was lovely in a gown of white georgette crepe, fashioned with a long bodice and a full tiered skirt.
Her veil, caught to her head with a band of pearls, trailed into lengthy billows of tulle and lace. She wore whites
hose and slippers and carried Brides’ roses.
      The bride was attended by Miss Marcella Brinkman, a close friend. She wore a becoming green georgette
ensemble, blond slippers and hose. A band of pearls adorned her hair and she carried a bouquet of shell pink
ophelia roses.
      Alois Ruen, a cousin of the groom, was his attendant.
      Following the ceremony, a wedding breakfast for the immediate friends and families was served.
      Later, the newly-weds left on a trip to Canada and various other places of interest. Upon returning from their
trip, the couple will make their home in Ottoville.

Couple Wedded Tuesday In Ottoville Church
Mrs. Cecella Fortner, daughter of Mrs. Frances Wurst, of Ottoville, and Joseph Schwertner, also of Ottoville, were
married Tuesday. The Rev. J. S Arnold in the Immaculate Conception Church where a nuptial high mass was
celebrated.
The bride and bridegroom were attended by Mr. and Mrs. John Klausing of Delphos. Following the ceremony a
wedding breakfast was served at the home of the bride's mother. Mr. and Mrs. Schwetner will spend their
honeymoon in Michigan. On their return they will live in Ottoville.

      The wedding of Miss Gertrude Vincke, daughter of Mrs. Anna Giesken, of Ottoville, and Burns J. Hawk, son of
Mr. and Mrs. John Hawk, of near Lima, was solemnized Tuesday morning at eight o’clock in St. Gerard’s Church
with the Rev. Father John J. Keegan receiving the vows.
      Miss Martha Winkelman of Ft. Wayne and Alvin Vincke were the attendants.
      The bride was gowned in dark blue georgette crepe with blue hat to match. She carried an arm bouquet of
lilies.
      Miss Winkelman wore a frock of apricot georgette and carried an arm bouquet of garden flowers.
      Following the ceremony breakfast was served in the home of the bride’s uncle, Joseph Vincke, of 965 N.
Elizabeth St.
      Later in the day the couple left for a trip to New York and upon their return will reside at E. Market St.
      The guests were Mr. and Mrs. F. F. Vincke, Mrs. Anna Giesken and William Vincke, of Ottoville; Mr. and Mrs.
John Hawk, Fred Hawk, Bobby Dunham, of Lima. And Mrs. Dick Evans, of Logan.
      Mrs. Hawk graduated from Ottoville High school and the bridegroom was graduated from Central High school.

Nuptial Event Takes Place At Ottoville
Miss Permilla A. Wannemacher Becomes Bride of Bernard Ricker at Pretty Wedding Solemnized at the
Immaculate Conception Church at 8:30 O'clock Tuesday Morning — Brother and Sister of Couple in
Attendance — Will Reside on East Fourth Street, Delphos
      Of special interest to a large number of Delphos and Ottoville friends was the marriage Tuesday morning of
Miss Permilla A. Wannemacher, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Wannemacher, of Ottoville, and Bernard Ricker,
son of Mr. and Mrs. John Ricker, of East Fifth street. The ceremony took place at the Immaculate Conception
church, Ottoville, at 8:30 o'clock. Rev. J. F. Arnoldi read the marriage vows and officiated at the high mass. The
single ring ceremony was used.
      Mildred Wannemacher, sister of the bride, and Richard Ricker, brother of the groom, attended the couple.
The bride was attired in a becoming rose georgette frock fashioned with a pleated skirt and pleated Bertha collar.
Her hat was of black velvet with rose trimmings and she wore blond hose and black satin slippers. She carried a
shower of pink Ophelia roses and blue bachelor buttons.
      The bridesmaid was pretty in a frock of yellow georgette similarly fashioned, with a black velvet hat, blond
hose and black satin slippers, her flowers were butterfly roses and baby’s breath.
      Miss Evelyn Zahm sang "Ave Maria" at the offertory of the mass, and "I Love You Truly" as the recessional.
      Following the ceremony, a reception was held at the home of the bride's parents for the parents of the couple
and unmarried members of the family. The Wannemacher home was beautiful with a color scheme of yellow and
rose. A profusion of yellow and pink gladioluses formed lovely decoration for the wedding scene. Table waitresses
were Misses Evelyn Zahm, Colleen Niedecken, Euletta Rieger, of Ottoville, and Misses Bernice, Robyn and Marie
Wurst, of Delphos.
      Later in the day the newly-weds left for a two weeks motor trip to Michigan and Canada and will receive their
friends on returning at their new home on East Fourth street, in this city.         
      The bride was a graduate of the class of 1924 from the Ottoville High School. The groom, who was graduated
from St. John's High School in the class of 1922, and is associated with the Ricker Bros. Planning Mill, Delphos, is
a well-known and popular young man of this city. The bride was among Ottoville's most popular young ladies and
both have many friends in Ottoville and Delphos who are extending best wishes and congratulations to the couple.

Gives Reception — Couple Leave on Trip
      The Immaculate Conception Church was the scene of a pretty wedding Tuesday morning at 8:30 o'clock
when Miss Ethel Smith, daughter of Mrs. Louise Smith, of Ottoville, plighted her troth to Joseph Honingford, son of
Mr. and Mrs. John Honingfort Sr., of north of Ottoville. Rev. J. F. Arnoldi read the marriage vows and intoned the
nuptual high mass. The single ring ceremony was used.        
      Attendants of the couple were Miss Sabina Honingfort, sister of the groom, as bridesmaid, and Elmer Smith,
brother of the bride, as best man.
      The bride wore a pretty frock of Monette blue georgette fashioned with a full circular skirt and a Bertha collar
of gold lace and georgette falling in gracefull lines about her shoulders. She wore a smart blue hat, black slippers
and blonde hose and carried a shower bouquet of pink Ophelia roses.
      Miss Honingford wore a gown of rose-wood silk crepe, fashioned with a circular skirt, with trimmings of green
silk crepe. Her hat was of tan felt and blonde slippers and hose completed her attire. Her bouquet was of butterfly
roses.
      After the cerimony, the bridal party and immediate relatives and friends, about fifty in all, repaired to the
home of the brides mother where a reception and dinner were held after felicitations were extended to the happy
couple. The home presented a lovely setting for the wedding party with a profussion of brilliant flowers used about
the rooms. the color motif for the decorations was carried out in blue and pink. Those serving as table waitresses
were, Misses Marina Grubenhoff, Caroline and Regina Wenzlick and Mrs. Albert Weber.
      After a journey to Niagra Falls, the couple will make their home at Ottoville. Mr. Honingford is employed at the
Gramm Motors of Delphos.
      Among the guests at the wedding from out of town were Mrs. Syl Smith and family og Ecorse, Mich., Mr. and
Mrs. Frank Weber of Delphos and Mr. and Mrs. Frank Korte and family of Glandorf.

      The wedding of Miss Wilma Landwehr, daughter of Mrs. Catherine Landwehr, of north of Ottoville, and John
Siefker, son of Mr. and Mrs. John Siefker Sr., of Delphos, took place at 8:30 o'clock Wednesday morning at the
Immaculate Conception church at Ottoville. Rev. J. P. Arnoldi performed, the ceremony and intoned the nuptial
high mass.
      The couple was attended by Miss Loretta Brinkman, close friend of the bride, and John Landwehr, brother of
the bride.
      The bride wore a lovely gown of brown, georgette, fashioned with a full skirt and trimmed in brown velvet. She
wore a hat of brown felt trimmed in gold, brown suede slippers and brown hose and carried a bouquet of bronze
chrysanthemums.
      The bridesmaid was dressed in brown silk crepe fashioned with a full accordian pleated skirt with a corsage at
the shoulder. A brown velvet hat, brown slippers and hose completed her outfit. She carried a bouquet of bronze
chrysanthemums.
      A wedding dinner was served at the home of the bride's mother for the immediate family. Mr. and Mrs. Siefker
will make their home with his parents on a farm near Delphos.

Pretty Wedding Solemnized At Ottoville

Groom's Parents
      One of the most attractive of the autumnal weddings was solemnized at 8:30 o'clock Tuesday morning in the
Immaculate Conception church at Ottoville when Miss Henrietta Lehmkuhle, daughter of Mrs. Louise Lehmkuhle
became the bride of LaVerne Brandehoff, son of Mr. and Mrs. John Brandehoff, Sr. Rev. J. S. Arnoldi celebrated
the nuptial high mass and performed the single ring ceremony.
      Miss Elvira Lehmkuhle, sister of the bride, acted as bridesmaid while John Brandehoff, Jr., of Toledo, served
as best man.
      The bride was lovely in a gown of Coca transparent velvet, designed with a draped skirt which formed uneven
hemline. The only trimming was a cream colored lace vestee and abot. Her hat was of Coca brown velvet trimmed
with a beaded front. Her slippers were of brown velvet and she carried an arm bouquet of yellow chrysanthemums.
      Miss Lehmkuhle wore a gown of brown georgette trimmed in transparent velvet with an uneven hem line. Her
hat was of brown velvet. Her slippers were of brown velvet and she carried an arm bouquet of bronze
chrysanthemums.
      Immediately following the ceremony, a wedding breakfast was served at the home of the groom’s parents.
Centering the bridal table was a large wedding cake banked with small chrysanthemums. Lunch and dinner were
served to about fifty persons. The table waitresses were Josephine Byrne and Caroline and Regina Wenzlick. The
home decorations were carried out in yellow and white. The evening was spent in card playing and dancing.
      Out-of-town guests included Mr. and Mrs. Al Schulien and daughter, of Fort Wayne; Miss Lucille Guelker, of
Lima; Mr. and Mrs. Gilbert Brandehoff and family, Mr. and Mrs. William Brandehoff and family, Mr. and Mrs. Frank
Brandehoff, Mrs. Anna Brandehoff and family, all of Delphos and Mr. and Mr. Henry Her man and family, of
Cloverdale and John Brandehoff, Jr., of Toledo.
      The couple will make their future home at Ottoville where they are employed.

Miss Alene Marcille Wannemacher Becomes Bride of Albert Kunz, Delphos, at Ottoville Immaculate
Conception Church Tuesday Morning — Rev. J. S. Arnoldi Performs Ceremony – Reception Follows at
Home of Bride's Parents
      A pretty wedding took place at 8:30 o'clock Tuesday morning at the Immaculate Conception church at
Ottoville when Miss Alene Marcille Wannemacher, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Henry A. Wannemacher, of southwest
of Ottoville, was united in marriage to Albert Kunz, son of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Kunz, of East Fourth street,
Delphos. The ceremony was performed by Rev. J. S. Arnoldi who also read the nuptial high mass. The single-ring
ceremony was used.
      Attending the bridal couple were Miss Martha Kunz, a sister of the groom, and Eugene Wannemacher,
brother of the bride.
      The bride was very, attractive in her dress of a new full shade of blue crepe, fashioned with a long tight
bodice and ft full circular skirt and a bertha collar. Her dress was trimmed in silver ribbon and she wore a silver
metalic hat trimmed in blue Velvet. She wore black satin slippers with silver buckles and gun metal hose and
carried a bouquet of yellow and orchid chrysanthemums.
      The bridesmaid was also becomingly dressed in a green silk crepe fashioned with a tight bodice and a long
full skirt of uneven hemline. She wore black satin slippers with gold buckles and a gold metalic hat. Her flowers
were yellow and orchid chrysanthmums.
      Following the wedding, a reception was held at the home of the bride's parents to about fifty guests. All the
decorations were beautifully carried out in yellow and orchid, the colors of the wedding party. Those serving as
waitresses were Ruth and Leona Wannemacher and Velma Lauer.
      The bride is a popular young lady of Ottoville, graduating in the class, of 1928 and the couple have many
friends in both Ottoville and Delphos who will wish to extend their best wishes. Mr. and Mrs. Kunz will make their
future home in Delphos.
      Those attending the wedding from, out-of-town were the following: Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Grothouse, of
